Job summary

AtPrince Telecom, LLC is hiring a Cable Installation Technician to safely install and troubleshoot video, internet, telephone, and alarm systems in customer homes and businesses. You’ll work with customers to ensure understanding and agreement on services while educating them on product usage.

The role involves maintaining your vehicle and equipment, and may require overtime and on-call shifts in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
Valid state driver's license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record.
Previous experience in cable installation or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
Review requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
Maintain and stock vehicle and equipment.
Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/after-hours responsibilities as needed.
Perform work in all weather conditions.
Other duties as assigned.
