Job summary

AtPrince Telecom, LLC is seeking a Cable Installation Technician to safely install and troubleshoot video, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses. You will install, disconnect, and troubleshoot services, educate customers, and maintain equipment with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires 18+ years, US work authorization, and a HS diploma or equivalent. Weekly pay, PTO, 401(k), education reimbursement, and other benefits are offered to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
