Job summary

Prince Telecom LLC is seeking a Cable Installation Technician to safely install and troubleshoot video services, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses. This role offers weekly pay and a strong benefits package.

Expect opportunities for overtime, travel, and on-call duties as needed, with a focus on high quality service and customer satisfaction. Prior cable installation experience is preferred and a valid US driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Authorization to work in the United States
High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience
Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Previous experience in cable installation or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses
Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues
Explain services and obtain customer understanding and agreement
Educate customers on product usage
Maintain and stock vehicle and equipment
Work overtime, travel, and on-call/after-hours as needed
Perform work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
