Job summary

Prince Telecom LLC is seeking a Cable Installation Technician to install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses. You’ll identify issues, review services with customers, and educate on product usage.

The role requires being 18+, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather. Prior cable installation experience is preferred, with overtime and travel expected.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in cable installation or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
