Job summary

AtPrince Telecom, LLC, as a Cable Installation Technician, you’ll safely install and troubleshoot video services, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.

Job Type: Full-Time. Pay Range: $20 - $23/hr+. This field position offers weekly paychecks and a robust benefits package, including PTO, parental leave, holidays, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Previous cable installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
