Job summary
Prince Telecom LLC is hiring a Cable Installation Technician to safely install and troubleshoot video services, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in homes and small businesses. You will ensure customer satisfaction by clearly explaining services and documenting work performed.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
Qualifications
- Experience installing or servicing video, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
- Comfort with learning company products and services.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this employer.
Responsibilities
- Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
- Identify and address sources of customer-perceived issues.
- Review requested services with customers to ensure understanding and agreement.
- Educate customers on product usage and service options.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment: clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as needed.
