Showroom CoordinatorPurposeTo support a productive flow of business through our Stile & Rail showroom in Bellevue, WA. The Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to Designers and Sales Representatives, as well as maintaining the scheduling of all Field Technicians. The Showroom Coordinator position does not have any formal routine decision making authority; however, individuals within this role are encouraged to make recommendations on policies and procedures relating to their job. No formal supervisory responsibilities exist for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and forward incoming calls to their destination in a courteous and professional manner.Track inventory and place orders to restock office supplies as needed and approved by management.Schedule service calls and on-site field measuring as requested by customerTrack and log the completion of service ordersContact customers within 24 hours to coordinate scheduled visitsMaintain communication between customer, salesperson, field tech, and managementOther duties as assignedAttributes / QualificationsTo perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
