Job summary

That Cabinet Company in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Showroom and Sales Coordinator to be the face of our showroom, connecting customers with cabinetry solutions while keeping sales operations running smoothly.

You will greet visitors, manage leads and appointments, and coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project flow. A background in interior design or cabinetry is a plus, with strong organizational and communication skills mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in sales coordination or showroom sales
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest or background in interior design, cabinetry, or home improvement is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM software
• Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors, guiding them through cabinetry options and design selections
• Support the sales team by managing leads, following up with prospects, and coordinating appointments
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom environment that reflects brand standards
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project flow
• Track and manage customer communications throughout the sales cycle
• Assist with showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities
