Responsibilities

• Provide substitutes for backordered items when requested.
• Process credit card authorizations on open orders.
• Coordinate with sales, management, and warehouse staff to resolve conflicts.
• Answer phones with a clear, friendly tone and read notes on accounts.
• Respond to emails promptly and remain logged into queues during business hours.
