Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking friendly guest services staff in Orlando to greet visitors and assist with park information. You will manage check-in/check-out, tours for small groups, and help maintain cabanas and locker facilities, while supporting VIP events.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong English communication, and solid cash handling skills. This role requires standing, walking in sand, and working indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

What you get to do:

• Greet guests and provide park information to our visitors
• Perform guest check-in/check-out functions
• Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests
• Maintaining Private Cabanas in both service and cleanliness
• Assist with VIP coordination/special events
• Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service
• Distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities
• Maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping
• Conduct guest surveys
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to walk in sand
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Able to push/pull 50 pounds
• Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
• Available to work 3 full days per week, including at least 1 weekend full day
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual preferred (Portuguese a plus)
