You will drive profitability, mentor staff, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring projects meet schedule and budget targets. This is a senior leadership role demanding strategic oversight across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Five or more years of operations, branch management, fabrication, or industrial services experience.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, labor costs, and gross margins.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Cab Fabrication and Repair Divisions in South Houston.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial goals; monitor costs and profitability.
• Support business development and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Recruit, coach, and develop teams; conduct performance reviews and set clear goals.
• Review project schedules, budgets, and quality; ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
