The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in heavy equipment/ crane environments, with proven ability to scale teams, manage budgets, and deliver reliable service performance

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in heavy equipment, crane, industrial field service, or maintenance operations.
• 5–8+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience leading Field Service, Shop Maintenance, or similar teams.
• Strong people leadership with accountability and team development.
• Experience in high-risk, safety-critical service environments.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams/locations.
• Proven ability to improve processes and enforce standards.
• Financial acumen, including P&L ownership and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a service and maintenance organization across field and shop operations.
• Oversee service managers, maintenance leaders, staff, and direct reports.
• Ensure on-time, accurate billing, and resolve invoice disputes.
• Drive improvements in workflows, documentation, and service management systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Fleet to support readiness and return-to-service.
