Venturi Supply is seeking a Fabrication Branch Manager to lead a multimillion-dollar fabrication operation. You will direct welders and fabricators, manage schedules, and optimize margins while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement with production workflows. You will oversee staffing, training, and performance while ensuring profitability across the branch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations and P&L management experience in the same or similar industry preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug test where required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, twist, stand for long periods, climb, push, pull, carry, reach for items.

Responsibilities

• Directs fabrication production workflow by maintaining production schedule with resource loading.
• Oversees interpretation of drawings and specifications.
• Directs welders and fabricators to meet production goals and margins.
• Maintains safety and quality through process controls and training.
• Manages hiring, performance reviews, and personnel issues.
