Job summary

Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions (TRCMS) seeks a Business Applications Consultant Manager to lead a team delivering C-Track solutions, overseeing deployments and service delivery. You will guide business analysis, design activities, and ensure client success across implementations and growth initiatives within the Government division.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with Engagement Managers, and ensuring high quality, on-time project delivery, with travel 5–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with the C-Track product suite strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience guiding business analysis, solution design, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Applications Consultants and System Configuration experts.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce time and cost through standardized processes and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct configuration reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Serve as lead C-Track product and solutions expert for clients and internal teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, process modeling, and solution design.
