Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions (TRCMS) seeks a Business Applications Consultant Manager to lead a team delivering C-Track solutions. You will mentor consultants, drive standardization, and ensure on-time, high-quality client outcomes across implementations and services.

Applicants should have 7+ years’ experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel up to 20% may be required; base ecosystem includes government clients in the US.

• Strong leadership and delivery management capabilities.
• Experience with C-Track product suite strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, organized and able to solve problems.
• Ability to collaborate across executives, managers and clients.
• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and system experts.
• Drive process improvements and standardized delivery practices.
• Oversee configuration reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Act as lead C-Track expert for clients and internal teams.
• Guide requirements gathering, business analysis, and design.
• Oversee deliverables and project artifacts across engagements.
• Coordinate with Engagement Managers to plan, resource, and deliver.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage customer testing and QA activities.
• Travel 5-20% to support projects and go-live events.
