Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions (TRCMS) seeks a Business Applications Consultant Manager to lead a team of consultants and System Configuration experts delivering C-Track solutions for government clients.

You will mentor team members, promote standardized practices, and drive efficiency in implementation, data migration, and business analysis while collaborating with Engagement Managers and Solutions Engineers. Travel 5–20% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with the C-Track product suite strongly preferred.

• Lead and develop a team of Business Applications Consultants and System Configuration experts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce implementation time and cost through standardized processes.
• Oversee requirements gathering, design documents, test specifications, and project artifacts.
• Partner with Engagement Managers to prioritize work and allocate resources.
• Ensure end-to-end solution delivery and client satisfaction across projects.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning to grow the team.
