Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Legal Content Customer Success Manager to support our Corporate Legal CoCounsel suite for enterprise clients. You will own CS motions, deliver CSPs and EBRs, and drive adoption, value realization, and expansion with Sales and Professional Services.

Deep product expertise on CoCounsel is required, along with familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce. You will lead executive reviews, educate clients and Thomson Reuters staff, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS and/or enterprise accounts.
• Experience delivering CSPs and executive business reviews, with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with Gong and Salesforce; legal tech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of the customer success motion for assigned enterprise customers.
• Co-create customer success plans, conduct executive business reviews, demonstrate value, and manage risk.
• Partner with Sales and Professional Services to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
