The role emphasizes client interaction, training, and end-to-end project ownership, with travel up to 10% and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions and document design/solution details.
• Coordinate with Product Management & Engineering for end-to-end delivery.
• Supervise task delegation and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and execute test scripts and cases.
• Explain system issues and provide solutions to staff.
• Translate client business processes into Thomson Reuters solutions.
• Own tasks with limited supervision on medium to large projects.
• Contribute in technical or functional roles across projects.
