Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an experienced AV Technician to support C-Suite and senior leadership with end-to-end meeting assistance for onsite, hybrid, and virtual events. The role emphasizes calm professionalism, technical strength across collaboration platforms, and a focus on operational excellence and SLA compliance.

Travel may be required up to 20 percent per month, varies by business needs, and IT knowledge of conference room systems is essential for providing high-touch client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AV Technician in enterprise meeting environments.
• Direct support for C-Suite and executive stakeholders preferred.
• Strong knowledge of conferencing tools and room systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for on-site, hybrid, and virtual meetings.
• Create and manage webcasting/live broadcast events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet SLA expectations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of AV gear.
• Maintain service documentation and reporting for supported services.
