Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse team of full-time and part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, mentor, develop and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Provide customers with a quick and efficient checkout experience with accurate transactions.
• Follow all regulations regarding tobacco, lottery and alcohol transactions.
• Ensure safe food handling requirements are followed.
• Oversee gas mart operations including fuel pumps, islands and documentation.
• Open and close the store and ensure overall security of the facility.
• Maintain displays per Company directives and promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs.
