Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Team Members in the C-Store to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage transactions at point of sale with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol transactions.
• Oversee gas mart operations, including pumps, consoles, tanker drops, and related documentation.
• Maintain food safety standards and store displays as directed by company policies.
• Open and close the store and uphold overall security of the facility.
