Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, mentor, develop, and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Provide customers with a quick and efficient check-out experience with accurate transactions.
• Follow all laws regarding tobacco, lottery, and alcohol transactions.
• Ensure all safe food handling requirements are followed.
• Oversee gas mart operations including fuel pumps, islands, and related documentation.
• Ensure team members follow emergency response protocols for spills and hazards.
• Answer questions about location, price, and merchandise specifications.
• Maintain stock levels and restock as needed.
• Open and close the store and maintain overall security.
• Ensure displays follow company directives.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other initiatives.
