Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and coach in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, mentor, develop, and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Provide customers with quick and efficient checkout and accurate transactions.
• Follow regulations regarding tobacco, lottery, and alcohol.
• Ensure safe food handling requirements are followed.
• Oversee gas mart operations including fuel pumps and related documentation.
• Ensure emergency response protocols are understood for spills and hazmat.
• Answer customer questions about location, price, and merchandise.
• Maintain stock levels and restock merchandise as needed.
• Open and close the store and maintain security.
• Ensure displays follow company directives.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and credit card initiatives.
