Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a C-Store Team Lead at Green Bay East to lead a team delivering exceptional customer service, manage daily store operations, and ensure accurate checkout at the point of sale.

You will train and coach team members, handle merchandise tasks, regulate tobacco/alcohol transactions per regulations, and maintain safety and security while promoting our loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, mentor, develop, and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Provide customers with a quick and efficient check-out experience with accurate and efficient transactions.
• Follow all regulations regarding tobacco, lottery, and alcohol transactions.
• Maintain safe food handling requirements and store cleanliness.
• Oversee gas mart operations including pumps, islands, consoles, tanker drops, and documentation.
