Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, including simple math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work in varying temperatures, including cooler and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a quick and efficient check-out experience and ensure accurate transactions.
• Process and handle monetary transactions including cash, checks, gift cards, and cards.
• Follow regulations for tobacco, lottery and alcohol sales.
• Perform fuel mart operations and maintain related documentation.
• Open and close the store and ensure overall security.
• Complete cleaning duties including floors, restrooms and food prep areas.
• Restock merchandise and set up displays per company directives.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and other initiatives.
