Job summary

Refuel operates a network of c-stores and fuel locations. The C-Store Manager will lead day-to-day store operations at the assigned store, including scheduling, training, and supervising the team to deliver great guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to manage labor and inventory while driving profitability. Travel up to 10% may be required, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
