Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager. This role reports to the District Manager and requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

You will manage labor, food service, and car wash profitability, monitor inventory and cash control, train staff, and implement promotions and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• C-store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising the team and assistant managers.
• Manage labor hours to align with customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets.
• Execute daily operating procedures to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store.
• Ensure product orders are placed on schedule to maintain in-stock levels.
• Monitor gasoline price surveys and complete daily paperwork.
• Track cash over/short and inventory shrinkage; investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and respond accordingly.
• Implement monthly promotions and ensure advertising/signage is posted on time.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures; report issues as needed.
