Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations at the assigned store, including scheduling, training, and supervision of the team and the assistant manager. This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

The Manager will control labor, inventory, and expenses while recruiting and developing staff to deliver excellent customer service, and ensuring procedures, pricing, and promotions run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in c-store or retail management.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling and supervision of team members and the assistant manager.
• Manage labor, inventory, and controllable expenses to meet targets.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan and manage labor hours to align with traffic and store targets (SLM).
• Ensure procedures are followed for clean, stocked, organized store operations.
• Place accurate product orders to maintain in-stock levels and meet demand.
• Monitor pricing and compete with gasoline promos and daily paperwork.
• Track cash variance, shrinkage, and drive-offs; analyze sales and KPIs.
• Implement monthly promotions and ensure timely signage and advertising.
• Enforce safety policies and report incidents; adhere to handbook procedures.
