Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant managers.
• Oversee labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule labor to match customer traffic and Labor Model targets.
• Ensure proper product ordering, pricing surveys, and daily reports are completed.
