Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will help with hiring, training, and developing team members while keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and ready for customers.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts five days a week and potential extra days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends when the Store Manager is off.
• May be required to work up to six days per week if needed.
• Work assigned shifts, including at least two nights per week.
• Support daily store operations and complete tasks per policies and manager direction.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Lead staff to maintain cleanliness and organization for store scores 90%+.
• Complete required training and maintain customer-ready standards (restrooms, parking lot, fuel islands, merchandise).
• Ensure accurate cash handling, register balancing, and timely bank deposits.
• Adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
