Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC (Refuel) is seeking a C-Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations at an assigned location.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and supervising team members and an assistant manager, drive sales, control labor costs, and ensure safety and customer service standards.

This role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations daily, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff and the assistant manager.
• Control labor, inventory, cash, and shrinkage while meeting store KPIs.
• Schedule labor hours to align with customer traffic and Store Labor Model (SLM) targets.
