Job summary

Refuel is recruiting a C-Store Manager MIT to oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising a store team and an assistant manager. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and some holidays, with hourly non-exempt status and a full-time commitment at an Assigned Store.

The position reports to the District Manager and involves managing labor, inventory, and customer service to drive store profitability in a fast-growing convenience-store

Qualifications

• Must have C-Store or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Responsible for store profits and controllable expenses, including labor and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic and targets.
• Ensure store is clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept via Daily Operating Procedures.
• Maintain correct product orders and inventory levels to meet demand.
• Monitor price surveys and complete daily paperwork as required by management.
• Track cash over/short, shrinkage, and drive-offs; analyze sales KPIs.
