Job Title: C-Store Manager at Pyramid Foods

Job Objective: This is a mid-level management position at store level. The primary purpose of this job is to provide high-quality automotive products to customers in a clean, friendly environment.

Reports and Supervision:

• Reports Directly To: Store Director, DM
• Directs: All Convenience Store Associates

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Greet and thank every customer
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and friendly store environment
• Train and schedule store staff
• Follow merchandising plans based on product movement, customer demand, and profitability
• Order products to control inventory, minimize out-of-stocks and shrink, and maximize sales
• Control shrink from pricing errors, theft, and spoilage
• Price and date products to ensure quality and rotation
• Order supplies to control expenses
• Establish a cleaning program for display cases, backroom, and coolers
• Complete weekly Purchase Reports on sales, purchases, credits, and gross profit
• Achieve sales, labor, and gross profit goals
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, security policies, and governmental regulations
• Follow all company policies including dress code and wearing a name tag

Physical & Functional Requirements:

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs frequently, and 10-20 lbs constantly. Ability to stand, move, and handle materials, including using knives and sharp instruments. Must be able to work on slippery floors and perform tasks requiring good vision and hearing.
