Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Sales Manager-PJM to drive growth across retail electricity, natural gas, and sustainability solutions. You will develop and win high-value C&I opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and lead complex deals across multiple locations with regional teams.

This remote-friendly role requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor others while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Economics, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years in retail energy with success in acquiring and retaining C&I customers.
• Proven track record managing strategic, enterprise opportunities and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new C&I customers for energy solutions.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build executive relationships with customers, brokers, and partners.
• Mentor junior sales professionals and share market insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market initiatives.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure governance compliance.
