Culligan Ultrapure is hiring a Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for designated clients, schedule jobs, manage invoices, and handle wage documentation. This full-time role also supports internal sales orders, job costing, and month-end commissions for the C&I team.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree preference with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for designated clients, schedule jobs, manage invoices, and handle wage documentation.
• Assist in preparing internal C&I sales orders and job costing for sales reps.
• Prepare month-end commissions for C&I sales reps.
• Support A/R reporting and collections; respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team; maintain proactive communication and quote challenge.
