Job summary

Culligan is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team in Utah. You will set up new commercial customers, coordinate with sales, operations and finance, and manage onboarding from start to finish.

You’ll oversee installation scheduling, invoicing, and progress billing to ensure accurate, timely payments. You’ll work with ERP systems (IFS/SAP) and Microsoft Office, maintaining clear records and resolving billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred in business or accounting.
• 2+ years in commercial billing or customer accounts management.
• Experience in project coordination or commercial installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up commercial customers in the system with accurate data.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance for onboarding.
• Schedule installations and service for commercial projects.
• Generate and process invoices; manage progress billing and payments.
• Maintain billing records and resolve discrepancies.
