Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage commercial customer onboarding and end-to-end billing processes. You will coordinate with sales, operations and finance to ensure accurate setup, schedule installations, and oversee invoicing for large projects.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with 2+ years in commercial billing, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma required; 2+ years in commercial billing or customer accounts; degree in business/finance preferred.
• Technical & Functional Skills: Proficiency in billing systems and ERP; strong organization and multitasking; knowledge of progress billing and invoicing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and accurate data management.

Responsibilities

• Set up new commercial customers in the system and coordinate onboarding with sales, operations and finance.
• Schedule and coordinate installations and service for commercial projects; communicate timelines to customers and field teams.
• Relay package details for orders; track shipments and ensure availability for installations.
• Generate and process invoices; manage progress billing and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
