Culligan is seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage commercial billing, progressive payments, and invoicing for multiple projects. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.

You should have experience with billing systems and ERP software, strong organization, and attention to detail. A high school diploma is required, with 2+ years in similar roles. Knowledge of project costing is a plus and Idaho on-site work is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in commercial billing or account management.
• Experience with project coordination or commercial installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up commercial customers and coordinate onboarding with sales, operations, and finance.
• Schedule and coordinate installations and service for new commercial projects.
• Relay job details to branch for equipment ordering and ensure on-time availability.
• Prepare and process invoices, manage progress billing, and resolve billing discrepancies.
