CRE Finance Council in West Palm Beach seeks a seasoned relationship-driven banker focused on C&I lending for small and middle-market businesses. You will acquire clients, expand relationships, structure working capital and term financing, and deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

The role requires hands-on C&I lending expertise, strong financial analysis, and the ability to network with local CPAs, attorneys, and centers of influence to grow deposits and lending opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business banking, commercial banking, C&I lending, or relationship management.
• Hands-on C&I lending experience is required.
• Experience financing operating businesses (working capital, revolving lines, term loans, equipment financing).
• Strong experience developing and managing relationships with business owners and commercial clients.
• Ability to generate new business, not just service an inherited portfolio.
• Experience with commercial lending and business deposits.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management and fee income opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and BSA/AML requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop, acquire, and grow relationships with small and middle-market businesses in the local market.
• Prospect for new business via referrals, networking, Centers of Influence, and direct development.
• Serve as the primary relationship contact for clients with executives and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to increase bank share of wallet across C&I loans, deposits, and treasury products.
• Prepare or coordinate credit packages, loan applications, and financial analyses.
• Work with Credit and Underwriting to move transactions through approval and closing.
• Manage and monitor a portfolio of relationships, maintaining credit quality.
• Represent the bank at local business organizations and community events.
