Qualifications

5+ years in business banking, commercial banking, C&I lending, or relationship management.
Hands-on C&I lending experience required.
Experience financing operating businesses (working capital, revolvers, term loans, equipment financing).
Proven ability to develop/manage relationships with business owners and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Develop, acquire, and grow relationships with small and middle-market businesses in the local market, focusing on C&I and operating business relationships.
Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, CoIs, and direct development.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships with owners and decision-makers.
Identify opportunities to increase the bank's share of wallet across C&I loans, deposits, treasury management, and other products.
Structure and close C&I credit opportunities, coordinating with Credit and Underwriting.
