We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities:

1. Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
2. Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process.
3. Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other communication forms to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
4. Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market.
5. Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.

What You’ll Do:

1. Execute a lead generation lever weekly.
2. Conduct open houses monthly.
3. Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
4. Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
5. Participate in scheduled training.
6. Participate in team activities per team standards.
7. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout, and Partner Call.
8. Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home.
9. Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
10. Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
11. Negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers.

Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends.
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.
• Licensed real estate professional.
• Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Embraces a learning-oriented, growth mindset.
• Highly organized.
• Openness to mastering scripts and dialogues.
• Outstanding time management capabilities.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $175,000 yearly
