Responsibilities

• Implement the team’s lead-generation strategies on a consistent weekly basis.
• Host at least two open houses each month.
• Turn prospecting efforts and incoming leads into qualified buyer appointments.
• Engage in team activities and uphold established team standardsAttend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers while maintaining accurate client and activity records in the team’s technology systems

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
