Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct thorough market research and provide clients with up‑to‑date information on available properties
• Schedule and accompany clients on property showings and open houses
• Negotiate purchase offers and contracts on behalf of buyers to secure favorable terms
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow‑up
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulations, and financing options to provide expert advice
