You will guide buyers through the home search and purchase process, attend showings and closings, and deliver exceptional client service in Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon, Benicia, and nearby areas.

This commission-based role includes mentorship, full marketing and technology support, and opportunities to grow into leadership positions within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional in California.
• Familiar with or eager to learn the Solano County market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and growth-minded.
• Organized with excellent time management.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyer clients through the home search and purchase process.
• Attend property showings, inspections, and closings.
• Deliver exceptional, client-focused service and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
