Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional to manage DoD purchasing duties, including processing requests, issuing quotes, and administering purchase orders.

You will evaluate offers for price, delivery, and compliance, perform cost analyses, research suppliers, and maintain documentation per procurement standards and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related DoD purchasing experience, or 7 years direct DoD purchasing experience.
• Experience issuing and administering purchase orders, cost analyses, and supplier research.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchase requests and issue quotes/proposals.
• Evaluate quotes for best price, delivery, and criteria.
• Issue, administer, and modify purchase orders.
• Perform cost analyses and close out orders.
• Research suppliers and maintain procurement documentation per standards and regulations.

This position will receive purchase requests; issue request for quotes/proposals; evaluate quotes/offers for best price, delivery, and other evaluation criteria; issue, administer and modify purchase orders; perform cost analyses and close out purchase orders; research available suppliers, set up and maintain file documentation to procurement standards and Government regulations.

Required Experience

• Bachelors and 3 years related work experience in DoD purchasing or 7 years of direct DoD purchasing experience

Required Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of the FAR.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple efforts.
