Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician with active Top-Secret clearance to assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex electronic systems for military applications.

The role requires hands-on wiring, soldering, and harness fabrication, plus the ability to analyze test data and support multiple projects in both lab and field settings. The ideal candidate has 20+ years' hands-on experience in electronics, including weapon disassembly/assembly, and can operate

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active Top-Secret clearance.
• 20+ years hands-on electronics technician experience; at least 3 years in military weapon disassembly, integration, repair, and assembly.
• Experience operating electro-optical and RF test equipment in lab and field testing.
• Ability to design and analyze analog circuits to support test data collection.
• Ability to interpret test data to assess accuracy of results.
• Experience handling and transporting hazardous test articles.
• Proficiency in electronic assembly, soldering, crimping, splicing, cable fabrication, PCB population, PCB rework, and control panel building.
• Ability to support test setup and execution in conditioned and non-conditioned environments.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements.
• Ability to work independently to achieve project objectives by deadline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and test non-inert mechanical and electrical system components per engineering drawings and procedures.

• Fabricate, assemble, install, repair, modify, test, operate, and troubleshoot electrical modules, components, and wire harnesses.
• Operate specialized test equipment and machinery to characterize test articles.
• Follow Electronic Static Discharge (ESD) practices.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications.
• Work from written and verbal instructions.
• Provide support across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain detailed records of all troubleshooting, assembly, disassembly, and repair procedures.
• Generate delivery-quality documentation to document best practices and procedures.
• Execute responsibilities in both laboratory and field environments.
