Job summary

Parameta Solutions, the Data & Analytics division of the TP ICAP Group, is seeking a New Business Sales Manager - Buy Side in New York to drive growth by connecting institutional investors with our data and analytics solutions.

You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and lead end-to-end sales cycles across research, trading, risk management, and portfolio decision-making. The role demands strong communication, Salesforce expertise, and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B new business sales experience in financial data, analytics, market data, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of buy-side workflows and client priorities across investment research, trading, risk, and data management.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding new business sales targets and progressing complex buy-side prospects to close.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a consultative selling approach to engage senior decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and secure high-value new-logo opportunities across the buy-side market.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand prospect investment strategies, data needs, and workflows.
• Map and engage the full buy-side decision-making group and coordinate with SDRs on outreach and handovers.
• Lead tailored presentations, product demonstrations, trials, and proposals linking data to buy-side outcomes.
• Own opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and close with accurate Salesforce records and forecasts.
