Job summary

Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge, located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking a Busser/Runner with open availability to join our front-of-house team. You will support servers, keep dining areas clean, and help with service flow in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Busser/Runner or Support Server is preferred.
Familiarity with table service flow and guest interaction etiquette.
Comfort in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly to support fast table turnover.
Keep dining and service areas tidy and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Assist in water and bread service, or food running as needed.
Help with setup and breakdown of service stations and dining areas.
Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service.
Maintain a warm and professional presence in the dining room at all times.
