MAX’S TAVERN & MAX’S SWING LOUNGE in Springfield, MA, is hiring a Busser/Runner. Join a fast-paced, service-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Open availability is preferred as we seek team players who take pride in maintaining a polished dining environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Busser/Runner or Support Server in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred.
• Familiarity with table service flow and guest interaction etiquette.
• Comfort in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to support fast table turnover.
• Keep dining and service areas tidy and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Assist in water and bread service as needed.
• Help with setup and breakdown of service stations.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain a warm and professional presence in the dining room.

Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge, both located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are looking for a Busser/Runner with open availability to join our front-of-house team.
