Job summary

Max Burger Longmeadow is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Server to join our team. Open availability and a passion for great food help create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, upscale‑casual setting located in Longmeadow, MA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in high-volume or upscale settings.
• Ability to describe menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors.
• Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate to kitchen/bar.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining environment preferred


• Ability to confidently describe menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors


• Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus


• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables in a busy environment


• Previous experience handling guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and grace
